Fatty, Little Butt and Spares

Prep for today's cook. Using my Silver Smoker with a propane mod.

Jimmy Dean regular, stuffed with Mexican 4 Cheeses wrapped in bacon.

That looks fine SM. I seen on KC's site he stuffed the fatty with cream cheese lil smokies & jalapenos then wrapped it in bacon
