Are you having other appetizers? Fatties are a love em or hate em type of thing. I personally don't care for them, but the people I cook for love them. Figure one fatty per 4-6 people, depending on other sides and the people you're feeding.

I think patiowolfe is right with the count. I stuff and roll my own and they feed closer to 8 people. Keep us informed!

Re: Fatties for how many people?

When I was doing the deal, I'd figure a 1/4 pound per person, no matter what. No one went hungry, never ran out, so what you have a few left overs to eat when ya get home. Not a bad deal in my book.

Re: Fatties for how many people?

Good evening
The breakfast was a success my friend Scott out did him self
12 fatties stuffed with fried eggs, hashbrowns, cheese, Mable syrup
Wrapped with onion sausage & bacon weave smoked with hickory, apple & a little cherry
Biscuits with sausage gravy, gritts & a cupped biscuit filled with blueberry filling and topped with a sweet glaze
I would like to be showing you pictures but I was using a borrowed camera & well I deleted the pictures when trying to transfer to my computer after it was all said & done we were long on food as usual I would say that when serving fatties with everything we did
Thanks for all the ideas

Re: Fatties for how many people?

Unfortunately the rule around here is no pic = no fattie!

Re: Fatties for how many people?

Nick is correct on that point. No pic = no cook. It's a pretty simple rule.

No, people could go on and on about a cook that didn't really happen!
