Fathers Day = PORK

Dad brought over a 8 lb pork butt to have on Fathers Day. I put it on around 10 and took it off around 9 this morning. Also had some tater salad, grilled asparagus, and fried cheddar cheese bread from a local market. ( I took pics of the bread this time Morgan !)

Wow Scotty your Daddy is a very fortunant fella to get such a great Fathers Day gesture from his favorite son. I might be tempted to adopt ya myself. Great job.

Great looking pork and bred. It looks like I can grab that sandwich right through my monitor in that last pic.
