Fathers Day Cook

Whats everybody cooking up for fathers day? I've got 18 folks coming over. I'm grilling herb marinaded chicken, mini salmon burgers, and I've got 4 butts for the wsm. I havn't figured out what I'm rubbing them with yet, but I'll come up with something. For appitizers I've got tequila marinaded shrimp, beef on a stick and tostidos cups with cream cheese and brisket with melted swiss cheese on top (thanks Larry) Sides will be Bill the Grill Guy beans, potato salad, cole slaw, salads and salsa. Hopefully I'll get some pictures posted, but it will be tough, I'm gutting my office today and have to move everything out.
