Yeah...it rose twice before cooking,just as it was supposed to. It looked great in the pan, and it balooned up in the oven. Tasted alright though. A bit like bread on the crust. A couple things to do differently would be buying a pan with taller sides for this type of crust. And less yeast, The recipe called for 2 pkgs of yeast.ScottyDaQ said:Good looking stuff GH!
