Re: Drive-By BBQ-ing!

The farmers market Peaches were in season and on sale, and I couldn't resist. Breakfast huh? I like that, these sammiches were sweet and juicy. I may just have a leftover tomorrow morning. Thanks guys. It wasn't my best work, but it was fast and turned out tasty. The smoke ring was 3/8th's of an inch thick, and the Hickory flavor stuck deep into your cheeks; can't ask for more than that on the quick I think.

I could picture this mixed into a 3 egg omlette topped with avocado, sour cream and melted provolne cheese!

Re: Drive-By BBQ-ing!

That looks awesome....But... Dude... We have a HUGE PROBLEM HERE !!!!!!!!!!

I looked all over in the BBQ Sauces, Sops, Dry Rubs and Brines and I did NOT find anything about your "Home-made Jalepeno-Peach BBQ sauce". There must be a mistake!
