Doing a little cooking today

I thought since it was nice and cool outside today I'd whipp up some grub. Got a little stew thing going and it just now made the pot to get tender

It has one more surprise ingrediant that goes in at the end. I'll post it later:

Well I finished it up and now I'm layed up like a basset hound.

Finished this up with some carrots, corn on the cob cut short, and a topping of fresh spinach. Put the lid back on and let it cook another 30 minutes.

It's from a New Mexico recipe that I modified a little using spinach instead of cabbage, and serrano peppers instead of bell pepper.
