Re: Dino ribs

The ribs have been on since 9am and are coming along nicely. I love the WSM...I got it dialed in and then went fishing. 3Hrs later rock solid right where it is supposed to be. I tossed a couple of hot dogs on for lunch. The boys have a half day and the Yankees are playing the hated Red Sox at 2. It will be our day at the ball park. Later today I've got to grind the meat for the Easter Sausage.
