Dino Bones

Had a hankerin fer some beef ribs lately, found a sorta decent package an despite a killer headache, got em smoked up taday.

Fer sauce on my ribs (beef er pork) I just use a mixture a 50% non-salted butter melted an 50% honey. Nobody complained yet!

My favorite BBQ food am curious how much you paid per pound for them.. and were they Beef Chuck beef ribs,

Jeez I don't member how much they were,I know it weren't more then 2.49 a pound cause I won't pay more then that. Didn't say they was chucks, didn't really look like chucks either, but were mighty tastey an had some decent meat on em fer once.
