dinner tonight

I buy beef tenderloins from Costco and butcher 'em. The pieces end up kabob chunks. Tonight I did an antipasto with wittdog's salami and pep. Followed it up with teriyaki kabobs, grilled vegies and grilled flat bread.

Kabobs, flat bread -- you need a tandoor!

(I think you may have inspired me to try my hand at naan bread.)
