dinner lastnight



Put some Wolfe Rub Citrus in the a cored cabbage with some butter....smoked it.... GOOD.

Beans had the chopped up trimmings from the ribs that came off earlier.

bout two hours, then added some broth and finished in the oven... I was out of foil.
