My daughter's 2nd birthday party was last Sunday. I did a little cookin'

Got a case of St. Louis-cut spares from Restaurant Depot, and cooked 4 racks, along with some beans, and other fixins.

Cooked the ribs @ 230 on the WSM, 3-2 and finished up on the kettle over hot coals, sauced at the end. 4 racks, 6 hours, gone in ~15 minutes

That looks really good! I have to stop reading these posts right before lunch - I don't have anything here that compares to those ribs. :(
