Delicious smoked salmon

Now that the FF contest is over, I can post this. I’m posting this to brag on a recipe. My entry in the FF was a pic of the platter I served to my super bowl party guests. Everything was good but I thought the salmon was outstanding – maybe the best ever. It was from Jim Minion’s recipe on the virtual weber bullet site http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/salmon1.html and I highly recommend it. I can only imagine how good it would be with fresh king salmon rather than what I can get in east Tennessee.

Erase the comma at the end of the URL when your browser says it can't find the page, and it'll be there.
