Adrian the pic's look great! I saw them on another board and meant to ask you about doing the potatos directly in the coals. Do you do them while you are smoking meat? Also, is any of the potato besides the skin compromised due to cooking directly in the coals? We do foil dinners and baked potatoes all the time in the coals of a camp fire but they are foiled. I'd like to try it your way, I think it would really add a nice flavor to the potatoes. Do you prepare the potato with anything prior to putting it in the coals, or is it just the plain potato?

BTW, nice smoke ring on the brisket! Looks like you take pic's of just about everything you cook like I do!

If you want to share I'm sure some of us would like to see your recipes for the stuffed apples, baked pears and watermelon salsa! :-D

Adrian, food looks great. Where can I find the reciepe for the pork loin? How do you like that big ass Weber gasser I saw in your pis? Thats the one I'm looking to upgrade to!
