I got this idea from Julia Child. Good food. Injected with King Kooker Habanero Sauce.

That was fine a clip & photos SS, Jefferson is a suburb of NO. If you prick the sausage with a fork in a few spots It won't burst out of the casing

got to love chicken and sausage . nice job on the dancing stop motion chickens .

Jefferson Parish is where i live and that place that made that sause is just a bit away from me .

yes parish no countys here Louisiana is the only state like that

I live in Virginia which is not a State but a "Commonwealth" and I "think" it's the only one like that.
