COWBOY LUMP CHARCOAL

Cowboy lump works fine for grilling, but I didn't care for it for low and slow. It's all furniture scrap and very uniform in size. Sometimes you'll be cooking with a table leg, other times a piece of dovetailed trim.......

I used it a time or two years back. Burns real hot and fast and peters out quick...or at least the stuff I tried did.

The only time I use it is in a pinch when I can't find RO. As stated earlier, it burns hot and fast, and is full of "surprizes"...

+1 I don't care for it but in a pinch???
