Haven't cooked in almost a week and was having withdrawls. Came home at lunch fired up the smoker and threw on 3 chickens. Rub them down with poultry rub and smoked until the breast got to internal temp of 174 and pulled. Ate some Fork'N Halo BBQ Heavenly Hickory sauce and thought it was good.
