if you don't mind a little farther trip, I'd suggested Jack Waiboers
class which includes judging at the end by the SCBA...Jack is the 2006
SC state champion....let me know if you want info.

I dont like to rain on anybody's parade..but did you know there already some folks out in the big krewlish world who have named themselves Boss Hawg BBQ? Could this get cornfusing or do the KCBS crowd don't mind duplications? Just trying to cover all the bases here. I dont know much about that crew. Just checking.
