Cooked Yesterday - Lot's of Que Porn

Yesterday was cook day for me and of course it rained about all day, but it was still a great day. I cooked 2 briskets, 2 butts, 3 spares, 7 BBs, ten 1# bologna rounds, a half pork loin, a split turkey breast, 5# of thighs, 5# of wings, and 20# of breasts. It kept the Stumps full all day. For pics and the complete rundown, check my blog for the past three days at http://bigdudesramblings.blogspot.com/

It had egg. I scramble the eggs very moist then mix with the other stuff. There's lots of moisture inside the fatty to keep them from getting dry.

That all looks GREAT! I like the bag idea for rolling out the sausage.
