Got some good Ribeyes and Lobster from Costco. Time to GRILL

Decided to steam the lobster tails using some basil, bay leaf, celery seed, sea salt and ground coriander in the water. Turned out excellent!

That's the meal I make my wife once a year when my birthday rolls around, in the hope of....... :shock: :LOL:
 
Damn Good! How do you like the ceramic burner? I almost bought a grill at wallyworld last year with a ceramic burner on the side like yours and the rear for doing rotissorie...
