Chukar

So, my co-worker, Steve, just got back from hunting. He's got 10 of the chukars frozen and wants to know how to cook them up. Any tips or help for this guy??

Yeah, both of us know how to google for recipes, but maybe you have one that is killer???

It's a type of Partride (Chukar Partride)

Season with rub, wrap with bacon and grill or smoke hot and fast.

Brine in the Apple Brine Recipe for a couple hours, then smoke with a fruit wood. I've done something similar with cornish game hens and they turn out great!
