Chuck
Got a 3lb Chuck for dinner tonight.
Used my own slightly spicey and heavy garlic rub!
Also found a fantastic beer, From Anheuser Busch of all places. It is a limited edition Amber Wheat Beer. Under the name of Sun Dog. Highly recommended if you can find it.

A few of them and a chuckie and 75* and sunny. Life is pretty good here at the Hornets Nest
:P
