When I added the cherry chunks, a dadgum ember from the lump flew out and HIT ME IN THE EYE!! I had to pull my lower eye lid down to dig it out! Thought I might end up like Rev, but things appear ok this morning.

I can attest that the Cappy has THE best ribs I have ever ate. That is one RIB cooking BBQ master. I tried to show the pictures to the wife but she just said that he better have some ready when we come to the beach in Aug.

You missed my failing ribs on the cook before. These were good, just a tad overdone. You just got lucky the first time I made em...or I got lucky. The ribs last summer were nothing to brag about. This sumer, I promise not to be sick and do good ones again!! Looking forward to it!!
