Merry Christmas all....but more importantly, WSM is smoking, 3 racks of BB's w/Ddogs maple rup on and a ring of chipolte pepper sausage....

 
Man looks great John..BTGG you're right I supplied the peppers and john made the sausage...and thats some good stuff....I need to cook something....John Lynn says we'll be by tomarrow for the leftovers.
 
Actually, the sausage was made from smoked chipolte powder from cleveland (although we use the Witt stuff all the time) added to my home made sausage...

The ribs were perfect.....

And my PITA brother got this for my grand daughter who lives with us...It was the hit of the get together....




All in all, a good time....
