A buddy of mine did a stump grinding job here at my house a few weeks ago in trade for some Chicken thighs for a family get together this coming weekend. I decided to use the WSM sence its raining cats and dogs out side. I had to use the 2 grates from my old brinkman to make 4 levels. Thanks to Pigs, I used his "firehouse chicken brine" and used my Jack Daniels sauce to finish them. BOY was that good. Here are the pics.
