After a weekend full of meatloaf and sausage I thought I would kick it down a notch for a day or two and go a little lighter. I spatched a bird up and seasoned it with Prudhommes Fajita Magic Seasoning and threw it on. Pulled it and stuffed it in a shell with lettuce ,cheese,onion,cilantro,sour cream and served with salsa. Very tasty.

man I am so stoked seeing that someone actually browned the flour tortilla before eating them... Great job man!!!!! :D

Yes Sir! A pair of tongs and a heat source is all I need. :LOL:

Drives the wife crazy though when I do it right on a burner of the stove. :shock:

Yep, that's a major advantage of a gas stove. we do that here a lot.
