Chicken Livers

Iím a big fan of chicken livers but Iíve never smoked them. I found a recipe for bacon wrapped chicken livers that you smoke for 2.5 hours at 250, anyone tried this?

You go first, I'm right behind you. I like them but have not smoked them. Now fried is a different story!

Rumaki. We make them with water chestnuts and bacon. Like ABT's, they go fast.
