So I saw this 1970's cooking show on tv where the guy was taking all of the bones out of the whole chickens. He stuffed the whole chickens with sausage and then baked it in the oven. I was thinking that this will probly work with a smoker. so it would be possible to make bacon covered-chicken-stuffed with sausage...
or just settle for the traditional turducken.
