couldn't ask for a better day for a smoke! just cracked my first beer, it's about 70 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. rib rub is a variation of a KC brown sugar rub. chicken I made a rub with rosemary, basil, oregano, garlic powder, cracked pepper and a little kosher salt. I stuffed the cavity with lemon, sweet onions and garlic cloves. finished pics to come later tonight.

Alright Gordon. Cant wait to see the progress pics. Just one question. What is that at the tail end of that bird? :shock:
 
I used corn holders to keep the but flap together so the onions etc don't fall out. it's all I had at the time ;)
 
Oh man I bet that chicken not only smelled good but tasted even better! Excellent job!!
