Did these last night for luch this week. Slow cooked for about 45minutes then nailed them with high heat for about 10minutes roughly. Used Head country hot BBQ sauce. They were really good and Im happy to announce the rest of them are vacuum rapped and paitently waiting to be eaten. :D :D :D :D 8)
