Cooking up 8 butts and 4 chickens to pull for a local Lions Club fund raiser. Used my pork rub with Billy Bones xxx cherry on the pork and yardbird on the chicken with a sprig of thyme and rosemary and an orange wedge in the cavity. Chickens smell great, two are done and the others still in foil. Butts about 140. Pictures later.
 
Good job helping out the Lions Club BD, what do you think of that triple cherry rub? We got some from Billy up here when he was getting ready to roll it out and it kind of got less than stellar reviews. Just curious what you thought .
