Cooking up 8 butts and 4 chickens to pull for a local Lions Club fund raiser. Used my pork rub with Billy Bones xxx cherry on the pork and yardbird on the chicken with a sprig of thyme and rosemary and an orange wedge in the cavity. Chickens smell great, two are done and the others still in foil. Butts about 140. Pictures later.
