Celia's First Cook

I did a KCBS run last weekend. I think I finally figured out this picture thing.

It was the one I was inquiring about. I'm trying to get a better idea about charcoal burners and the flavors they impart. The meat may not have been oversmoked, just different than I am accustomed to.

I've got some pulled pork for you. The rest went in the Mothers Day hoopla. It's difficult for me to get it to Lexington.
