Plank Night
Add some cowboy lump charcoal and some cherry wood chips


Cedar Planked bacon wrapped scallops w/ salt and fresh cracked pepper


Cedar Planked Asian glazed salmon with fresh pineapple

Nice lookin meal!!! Still haven't tried the cedar planks yet.. Do you think cedar fence slats would work?
