They have Cattlemen's Golden at GFS now. I am thinking about using it for an alternative to red sauce fo catering. Anybody ever try it? WM

Someone told me this was pretty good...probably you. Best mustard sauce I've ever had is at Famous Dave's. I've tried to duplicate it but haven't come close. I've been using a mixture of doe estrace and cocktail sauce on my chicken that is really good. ;)

Hate to sound like a broken record, but Rev Marvins
with a little honey gives you the best compliment for
pork. It's got enough vinegar to be thinner than
Cattlemans, but enough spices to flavor the meat
perfectly.

I really like it, and use a bit of it in making my own sauce. For mustard sauces I like it and sticky finger's.

Another vote here for Sticky Fingers Mustard Sauce!!

Well, it did not go over well at the cook I did yesterday. I don't think folks up here know what to do with it. THey are all stuck on the idea that BBQ sauce MUST BE RED! I have not tasted it yet, but it seem awfully thick to be a true mustard based sauce that is really made for pouring on rather than basting.
