Canned Smoked Pork-Report

Well momma been handin the stuff out like candy, she finally made us some hot pork sammies out a jar of it. Man was them good! She used the juice ta make the gravy, a hint of smoke in the gravy an the pork was great! Kept it's smoke flavour, nice an tender. We be makin some more a this!

Sorry, no pics, been workin on the smoker all day an momma decided we needed ta go cut a tree fer Christmas. Supper was real late an I was hungry!

Well glad to hear it turned out good. Had a sneaky suscpicion that gonna be some fine grazings. Betta knock Mama out of the passing it out position. Them ladies get real generous around Christmas time ya know? That be most especially if they have credit cards and/or canned pork in their possesion
