Val did about 40 lbs of chicken today on a Traiger. 3 half pans in all for a customer. Plug the thing in, turn it on and it's ready in around 30 min. I must say I was impressed with the thing. She knows her way around a pit so I just stayed out of her way.

Guess I have to read the manual on the Kodack Z1 camcorder again. thought I was taking video, but ended up with a few still pics. (handicap dick I'am  ) Great weekend with the motor home, tractor, cooking, and all that jazz. Only bad thing that happened was a dive off a latter at my pal's house picking cherry's. Yea, Adult beverages were involved. I did however sell a 22.5 WSM and a fire magic at the store. Kind of funny. the dude was looking at a 18.5, and said, "well bigger is better, right." I said "oh hell yea, You need a chimney, 20 pound bag of lump, some starter cubes, and some wood chunks with that too, Right? Took the bate. Don't ever buy a used car from me.
