butts' rubbed and going on

Got an 8.5lb butt hitting the coals. Test run for me for Wolfe Rub. Smell is great on the pork, looking forward to trying it out...and my new knives. If youre anywhere near a Strawbidges all cutlery is 20-30% off the clearance since they are closing down.

all done and ready to eat, thanks for the help earlier. Its agreed by all the guests so far, Wolfe rub is a hit. adds a nice flavor to the pork....ribs are comming off soon
