Two butts, rubbed with Wolfe Rub Original, cooking over Royal Oak and hickory on the XL Primo.

 
Can't believe a person could fail to use Wolfe Bold on this project. Whuts up with that? Was you out like me?

I've had alot of folks us Wolfe Rub Bold on pork with good results. But my oldest daughter wouldn't be very happy if I used anything else other than WRO on her pork!
 
Is that a probe from a Maverick ET-73 Digital Thermometer in that one butt. Would you have any idea where somebody, who might be in the market for one of those fine temperature reading instruments might be able to pick one up? Perhaps, also, some Wolfe Rub Bold, if that person had run out of that fantastic rub that's good not only on pork, but amazing on beef?
