butt with Ddog's maple rub

I did a 7 lb pork butt yesterday using Ddog's maple rub.

The rub is flavorful and very mild. I can't say what "secret ingredients" it may have besides the maple flavor, which I smelled more than tasted. Personally, I prefer a peppery rub for pork butts, but this would work well for someone who wants to avoid the heat.

About 11 hrs, running ~260-280° at the vent. I took it off at 197° internal.
