Im doing two butts for a party next Sunday. Due to scheduling, I'll have to do them on wed night/thurs am and they will be served on Sunday. Ive thought about either storing them whole and reheating them on Sunday morning slowly (somehow) or shreading them like I normally would do and storing them to reheat on the day of the party ...suggestions?

I have reheated pork butt both ways. The method I prefer is to leave them whole reheat then pull. I personally think you get a better product that way. BUT for just two butts I would pull them then put the pork in the food saver bags and reheat in the bag with boiling water. That is if you have a food saver.
