It's 6 am & the butt just went in. 17* here this morning so I'm using the gasser & leaving the offset asleep. I'm trying out some Jack Daniel's oak barrel chips.

Looking good. I have the bigger model. Stupid thing works like a charm. Never use it in the summer, but winter? Hell yea. Twist a few knobs, and forget it.

Looks good Andy. Now all is left for a person to do is switch from propane to electricity and you got my kinda pit. Also prob need a long extension cord or a generator if you travel:)

I used my Smokey Mountain propane smoker instead of the Char-Griller because of the outside temps. It runs best @ about 230*.
