Whatever. They were good. Nice and crispy on the thin ends and pull apart in the middle. My favorite! Just some trimmings from some spares.

Thanks Nick!

Here is the recipe

Get the Chubby running at 225 with a little cherry and pecan
season the ribs with John Henry's Bourbon Rub
put them on
Jump off the couch at least three times shouting "Oh Crap, my ribs!"
Fiddle on the computer and jump up and shout "Oh crap, my ribs!"
Sauce them when you remember they were on
Test with a fork for done and pull.

Then open all the vents to get the temp up enough to do a burnout.

If you don't want to eat something that looks as good as those save them for me, I'll come over and take them off your hands!!

You forgot fall asleep, jump up and say oh crap my ribs!
They look good to me RB. ;)

I would rather have bad looking ribs that taste good than good looking ribs that taste bad. Heck send them up here and I will eat them. 8)
