Build a Smoker - how?

Was hoping for something half the size of a current Napoleon smoker. I'm just one guy and running out of deck space too. Hence the small footprint.

Still...$400. I'd rather see if I can get something used (Craigslist BBQ) or something smaller that can be used as a smoker.

Thanks Ron!

Not sure why the link was broken, or why it posted twice.[/quote:3v7gyl2l]

I thought you'd developed a stutter . . . so wasn't gonna point it out . . .

Who knew I could be delicate?

Lots of folks start out with a Brinkman from Lowes. They are cheap enough.

You have been given good advice already.

An 18" wsm is all the smoker you will need until the bigger bug bites you. ;)

Seems they don't have Brinkman's here at Lowe's. They just entered Canada (late) and their product lineup is different.

Sounds like the 30 gallon drum conversion is for me.
