Looks excellent Bruce. Made a 1/2 batch of Bill's tates one time myself. Very good grub. Took about a month to eat all of it. Will testify it freezes well in case yall can't knock em all out on the first setting.

Boy, I hope so, if you're hungry after eating those things, it's your your own dang fault...they are filling.
 
Looks good. I had my patience tested last Sunday on a 12 pound brisket. I put it on @ 5am and it came off @ 7:30pm. Wind was blowing and the temp was in the high 20's-30's.
