Stayed up friday night and did an overnight brisket. Everything turned out good. I think I should have left it on there for another 1/2hr-45mi to get it a little more tender. These were my best briskets I have ever done. It felt good being able to Q since I have not done it in a wile.

Chris, cook your brisket by internal temp, not time. This is the secret . Take the pebble from my hand...........

Woodman that is what I did I pulled it at 190. When I was sliceing it up it seemed like it could be more tender. But when I reheated some for dinner it was so much better. May be it did not seem as good because I only got 3hr of sleep before I woke up to slice it and it was 7 in the morning.
