Well after the judging class yesterday I got the bug to cook/eat some bbq. So on the way home I got a 10lbs packer. I was going to do it on the gator but I was out of propane for the log ligher and all my wood was wet so I ended up using the WSM.

Here are a few pics the two are of todays cook the others are just of cooks that I did recentaly.

Here is the finished product. Not the best I have have done but not bad.
