Brisket and tacos

Just put a brisket on

I had some left over pulled pork from yesterday so I made my favorite tacos.

Tacos Musicos. Fried slow cooked pork with cilantro, onion, and jalapenos on white corn tortillas.

Some John Henry's brisket rub and some home made ancho/negro/ guahillo made from dried peppers.

Looks good. I just sorta cornfused on why the pictorial starts out with a brisket flat then deteriorates into pushed pork..and brisket never seen again might I add. I bound to be missing part o the puzzle. Clue me in. Do look like good eating. I prob druther just eat the taco chips on the side.

Brisket got done and rested. XL came through yet again.

It's back to work for me tomorrow after a whole week of hanging out at the house. Lots of stuff vacumned for quick meals for a while though so it won't be so bad.
