Brisket and tacos

Just put a brisket on

I had some left over pulled pork from yesterday so I made my favorite tacos.

Tacos Musicos. Fried slow cooked pork with cilantro, onion, and jalapenos on white corn tortillas.

Some John Henry's brisket rub and some home made ancho/negro/ guahillo made from dried peppers.

Thanks Ron, I didn't take Spanish in High School, and now I feel like I should have.
