Mmmmmm Tacos-Mexican food :)-

You got a really good looking plate. I do the say(with some differences). I love the Latino influence and incorporate it whenever I can. My meat of choice is(naturally) smoked meat!!!
Try Posole(a New Mexican dish with a chili type broth that includes Hominy and I use pulled Pork as the meat).
Good job illustrating your plating You made it look irristible
Keep it coming!

Stan- a.k.a. bbqfans

My Arsenal includes:
1-Meco WaterSmoker
1-Brinkman SnP(side burner)
1-NewBraunsfeld RedRiver(side burner)
2-burn barrels(I am a purist-wood only)
1-yellow doggie
1-three legged cat
**beware the O.S.D.**

Happy smokes-;}-
