Breffus Brisket!

I was hungry this morning and didn't want eggs, so I made a brisket dog! Couple slices of brisket, chopped onion, Rendevous BBQ sauce and some cheddar cheese. Into the microwave for 45 seconds and ahhhhh heaven on a bun! (oh that's Johnsonville).

That there is a power breakfast. Since you didn't want eggs, what's the lumpy yellow stuff.
