Seasoned, egg dipped and dusted in corn mean and grilled indirect at 275* for 3 hours. Crispy crunchy goodness!

I did howeverr discover something very very good!!! I used "Fork and Halos" Fire and Brimstone sauce as a dipping sauce and I've gotta honestly say this stuff is awesome!



 
I saw a recipe very close to this in southern living mag. They also added crushed pecans to the breading. I think they used crushed saltines for the breading too
